Application process:
GMAT is an essential score for application to Master of Finance Program along with two essays - one is mandatory while the second essay is optional.
An applicant can, however, seek and exemption from submitting a GMAT score. An applicant who has passed the CFA Level II exam or the three-day UFE for CPA, CA designation, or has obtained a professional designation in Engineering (P.Eng) or Actuarial Science (ACIA or FCIA) or someone who has graduated from the University of Toronto with a high distinction can get an exemption from submitting a GMAT score for the Master of Finance Program at the Rotman School of Management.

Eligibility and Application requirements:
Undergraduate Degree Requirement: The MBA course at this best college for MBA in Canada requires a bachelor’s or an equivalent degree from any internationally recognised institution. The students need not provide the official transcripts at the time of application submission. However, the official transcripts are required directly from the institute on confirmation of admission. A GPA of 3 out of 4 is required in the final year of the undergraduate degree. An overall grade of B or equivalent is acceptable.
GMAT/GRE Score Requirements: It is not necessary for applicants to provide either GMAT or GRE scores for their application. However, there may be some instances where the applicants may be asked to submit the scores.
English Proficiency Exam Scores: If the applicant is not from a country where English is the primary language he or she needs to provide scores of an English proficiency exam. The minimum requirement for IELTS is a band 7 with no less than 6.5 in each section. In the case of TOEFL the minimum score required is 100 overall with at least 22 in speaking and writing.

Reference From Academic Supervisors: The application requires the applicant to provide two professional referees. These can be supervisors, mentors, or managers at current employer companies, previous employer companies, or academic institutions.
Admission Essay and Video Interview: The admission essay is an important component of the application. It is essential for the applicant to underscore all of their strengths, weaknesses, skills, and aspirations to paint a resilient and adroit picture of their personality.
