XLRI PGDM (GM), formerly known as GMP, is a eigtheen month full-time residential management programme offered by XLRI. Incoming students with at least three years of expertise in industries such as IT/ITeS, Energy/Power, Automobile, Manufacturing, etc. are transformed into corporate warriors with a human touch.

XLRI GM One year MBA Work Experience Requirement:
The work experience requirement for the PGDM (GM/18 Months) program has been revised from 60 months to 36 months. This change is effective immediately.
XLRI GM One year MBA Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess a recognized bachelor's degree of at least three years in any discipline.
A minimum of three years of managerial or supervisory experience by March 31, 2025, is required.
XLRI GM One year MBA Acceptable Admission Tests:
Applicants may submit scores from one of the following tests:
GMAT or GRE scores taken between December 1, 2021, and December 31, 2024
XAT 2025 scores (exam scheduled for January 5, 2025; separate registration required)
XLRI GM One year MBA Application Process:
Candidates may apply for multiple programmes.
Multiple interviews and/or group discussions may be required for those applying to more than one programme.
Selection criteria may vary depending on the nature of the programme.

For candidates unable to attend in-person interviews due to being out of the country, online interviews will be conducted for the PGDM (GM) program.

Interviews for GMP will be conducted in multiple rounds:
Round 1: Between November and December

The fees and other charges for the 18-month PGDM (GM) will be approximately Rs. 24.20 lakh (or equivalent in USD) for the academic year 2024-2025.

What makes Executive PGDM different from other XLRI programmes?
The PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) programmes are both two years long. The Ex-PGDM is a 18 month full-time residential general management programme. The Executive PGDM is made for people who have been working for at least five years after they graduated from college. The programme gives students a foundation in key management concepts and disciplines and builds on their previous experience to prepare them for senior management positions.
What Degree is offered on completion of the Executive PGDM?
Students receive a Master of Business Administration degree after successfully completing their studies.
